I had a great experience with this iDeal Floors. Sean, the representative, was excellent; he brought a lot of flooring options and even arrived before business hours to accommodate my work schedule that day.
The installation crew was just as impressive. There were plenty of workers, they installed the carpet perfectly, and cleaned everything up nicely afterward.
Great service and workmanship. I highly recommend them.

Have bought from here multiple times for flooring and each time has been a great experience their selection is great and prices are even better! The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly and service is fast so you're able to get back to the job site without wasting much time!

The people at iDeal Floors were friendly and professional. They were attentive and responsive even though mine was a small order. I was especially pleased with the care they showed in ensuring that I understood I was ordering seconds which have some small defects. My only recommendation is that they not rely solely on text messaging for customer communication, particularly when it comes to exchanging documents. Attachments to email messages works much more efficiently.

We were very happy with our installation and the service from Ideal floors. Wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them!
PS. We had left one area of our home in the original tile (not from Ideal floors) when we got our floors done last year by Ideal floors, but after the winter weather some of the old tile popped up and we had to replace them. Ideal floors went out of their way to find the exact flooring we had used last year and they did a great job once again. Thank you!!!

Sean Alexander is the bomb! He was with me on my carpet project from the beginning to the end. He is soo professional and just outstanding! His installation team was also awesome! They were extremely professional, efficient, and a happy group of professionals. The took extremely care when moving furniture, the cleaned the floors after removing the old carpet, carefully replaced furniture after installing the new carpet, and had my home looking beautiful and extremely neat and clean!
My entire experience with Sean and his team was AWESOME!! I highly recommend Sean, his installation team, and ideal Floors.

We were referred by a friend who used this company to do her carpets in her home and I am so glad we had that recommendation. We hired them to install new carpeting in our house and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They made it so easy and gave us what we felt was a very fair price for the job and the quality of carpet we got. The salesman was very fast to respond and came out to bring samples and give us a quote. And the workers they sent out to do the install were very friendly and FAST, completed the job in about 2.5 hours. We are so happy with our new carpeting!

I recently came into contact with Bubba at Ideal Flooring and within 2 weeks of our interaction I already got my carpet for my 4 bedroom / closet changed. I highly recommend them. Price was fair and they did everything so fast the day of the installation.

I am with Right at Home in Home Care in Waxahachie TX. Ideal did a phenomenal job providing subfloor for a disabled senior amputee. This was less than desirable working conditions and the installers Eric and crew were kind, professional and very helpful. They knocked it out!!! Charity Cummings who helped coordinate all of this was wonderful.
