Great price and customer service

I am with Right at Home in Home Care in Waxahachie TX. Ideal did a phenomenal job providing subfloor for a disabled senior amputee. This was less than desirable working conditions and the installers Eric and crew were kind, professional and very helpful. They knocked it out!!! Wonderful experience from flooring to cabinets. Braxton assisted me from the moment I walked in and the other staff has been amazing too. The cabinet installer was detailed and thorough. I very pleased and will do business with them again.

Ideal Flooring as a company I will tell you about my experience thus far. My wife and I were quoted a price and told that was the total. Next the guy tried upselling us on an item that we were told was already covered in the quote. “That was a red flag for me” Well the guy stood on business and stayed with his quote. So the crew they sent was very professional well mannered and just all around pleasant to be around. The first thing they said was, they couldn’t do our stairs du to the bottom 2 steps having a curved edge. We opted out then but the salesman comes over, has a talk with the crew chief outside and the crew chief said he could do it but he’d have to take out the curve and give it a 45 degree angle. We agreed to proceed.So the crew began the work on our downstairs rooms and we’re done in record time. Sweet! Next day (today) they began working upstairs. So my wife calls me at work stating that she received a call from a lady in charge of installation teams or something like that. The lady stated that with the type of flooring we had upstairs that we would need some sort of different flooring prep stuff and that the price was going up $215. I’m like why was that not accounted for in the quote? I’m sure that this company has done upstairs floors plenty in the past so the quote should have stated that in case we find anything different, your price could change. Nope nothing like that. I told my wife to ask what was needed and how much would it cost. Crew chief said it was the same stuff they’d used down stairs and it would cost $50 to $60 bucks. Why are we being charged $250 extra was the next question for the lady and her response was that the guys had to put in an extra step to get it done so that is why it costs an extra $250. They still haven’t went to get anything extra nothing that they needed and we still have to pay extra! I think the salesman missed his mark so they’re charging us extra for some stuff that they don’t even need. Either way, I just hope our floors come out good and just thought I’d share our story. I mean the owner reads these and I think they should know how they’re employees are fumbling the bag and misleading customers who were going to tip but instead I feel like they strong armed us out of less money than we were planning to tip for. I don’t hold a company accountable for a few slick employees. Pending on the outcome of our floors, we may use Ideal Flooring again but next time we’ll deal with different more professional employees. Thanks for your reviews, thanks for reading mine and God…… Update As of now Ideal floors upper management has reached out and tried to make it right. They offered to change the finance terms, though it did make the monthly payments go up, it will allow for the balance to be paid in full at the end of the term interest free. The installers also had to come back out and touch up the stairs, which they did promptly. All in all we’re content with the outcome of everything and appreciate management reaching out to make it right. Bless. Mr Foster

All I can say is the integrity and hard work of every single person who was a part of our flooring installation was beyond what we were expecting. We ran into multiple road blocks, but Eric and Juan were very helpful with problem solving. Big thank you to everyone who helped us!

Excellent service they were friendly to me. Wheni asked for a ruler, they were able to measure out the exact amount of carpet I need they cut it, wrapped it up and brought it to my car. I was not disappointed very good customer service.

Ideal Floors did a great job working with us after our dishwasher flooded our home. From start to finish they had great communication, were professional and worked quickly to get the job completed. They had to work around the cabinet maker and painters and were very flexible. Their pricing was very good.

Ideal floors just finished up another amazing install for me on flooring. I have used them for over 20 years and they are exceptional on Carpet, tile, vinyl flooring and cabinets as well. Rick is my representative there and he has always gone above and beyond anything I needed And I appreciate the way I’m taking care of there. I have my next job coming up for them next week and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for any of these specific services!
