Excellent service they were friendly to me. Wheni asked for a ruler, they were able to measure out the exact amount of carpet I need they cut it, wrapped it up and brought it to my car. I was not disappointed very good customer service.

Ideal Floors did a great job working with us after our dishwasher flooded our home. From start to finish they had great communication, were professional and worked quickly to get the job completed. They had to work around the cabinet maker and painters and were very flexible. Their pricing was very good.

Ideal floors just finished up another amazing install for me on flooring. I have used them for over 20 years and they are exceptional on Carpet, tile, vinyl flooring and cabinets as well. Rick is my representative there and he has always gone above and beyond anything I needed And I appreciate the way I’m taking care of there. I have my next job coming up for them next week and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for any of these specific services!

Great folks with nice prices

I am very impressed with this company. I picked up an excellent deal for vinyl wood look flooring that was waterproof and high quality for dirt cheap on a sale. The sales person "Steven" was extremely helpful, taking the time to explain my options and guided me to making a choice that fit my needs vs pushing a specific product to maximize a profit. Half my order was at another location, but Steven secured my boxes and arranged to have them delivered at his store the next day. When the boxes failed to make it on the delivery truck that evening, he waisted no time in calling me to inform me he made alternate arrangements to ensure I was able to get my boxes at another nearby store and keep my project on schedule. Steven continued to check on things the next day to confirm everything went well with pickup. I highly value great communication and even though I had to change plans and pick up my boxes at a different location, the attentiveness to me as a customer, valuing my business and respecting the timing of my install guy to get the boxes of tiles to complete my project in a timely fashion speaks volumes for this company and Steven as a great person. I will be doing business with these guys again in the near future on my remaining floor restoration projects and will easily recommend them to anyone.

I believe the guys name is Olin, he provides great service. Prices are very good. Some of the sales staff are not that helpful. Guy named Steve is good also

I love stores like iDeal floors. They have regular flooring stuff but the deals are realized most on their short sells. I bought a good quality carpet pad for $0.42 sqft. That is about a third what Home Depot charges. They have installers, too.

The associates in Garland were so helpful and informative on the plank materials I was looking for.
