This is my 3rd review! I did get the new carpet installed! I am happy with my selection! The installers were on time and did an excellent job! I am happy to say I would recommend Ideal Floors to my friends! Caution …be sure to take a sample home before you purchase the carpet!

Super helpful, best deal around, and the workers were on time and hustlin’. Finished 3 rooms in roughly 3 hours including moving my furniture.

IDeal Flooring deserves a 5 Star for the Teamwork they all displayed. Sean Alexander worked nonstop until he could help me fine tile to match my flooring in my Den with patience and great customer service skills. That tile was purchased by IDeal years ago and now it’s no longer on the marketplace. Also, on delivery/installation, the guys were on time, had all their needed materials, and very professional. I’m very pleased!!!

Great and fast service

From the start, Rick my salesperson was a great ambassador for ideal floors. He listened to what I was looking floor, the color concept and my vision for the end of the project. He was on time for our meeting and communicated what was expected. He brought plenty of samples based on the information and vision I was creating, is input was helpful and he explained every step of what was to come. There were no surprises and he meet every commitment made. Made me aware of time, product and services to come. The day the project was set, the three gentleman sent headed by Arturo did a very professional job from the moment the arrived. Arturo went over the floor plan, paying attention to every detail and based on his experience I was more then interested in his opinion as far as how the flooring should be laid out. He kept me abreast of the project everyday, and once again there was no suprise during any part of the project. They cleaned up everyday and left the place looking great, i can’t say enough about the team that worked to put this all together. I have a lot of respect for the hard work they did, gave me an estimate of 4 days and didn’t fail to meet that goal, it was an entire house of carpet and flooring, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and 300 square foot living room. I cannot say enough about Rick and Arturo’s commitment to professionalism and customer service. In the end I bought lunch and provided drinks for these very hard working gentleman. If I could have given a much bigger tip then I did, they deserved it definitely. I highly recommend ideal floors, Rick and Arturo for your next flooring experience, they will not disappoint you and the value of everything they gave in the most important part of a job like this is invaluable Sincerely Kenneth

We had an excellent experience with IDeal Floors. Rick Gurrusqueta was professional, always punctual, attentive to questions through text or email. We had some issues with our remodel and he kindly arranged for our install date to be moved a couple of times to accommodate contractors. His crew Tony and Francisco also were always polite, friendly, efficient, clean, great work ethic. Office staff was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. 👍👍
