I have worked with Steven at Ideal Flooring over the course of 5 years or so on upgrading my home. As a single mom, I had to complete my projects in stages to avoid being overwhelmed financially. We started out with new carpet on the stairs and 2nd floor with interest free financing via a 3rd party for a number of months. Once I paid that off, I called Steven back and let him know that I wanted to upgrade my kitchen. I had new cabinets and countertops installed due to the original cabinets falling apart. I followed the same process financially, interest free financing via a 3rd party. After it was paid off, I called Steven again 3 weeks ago and let him know that I was ready to complete the final phase, waterproof laminate flooring throughout the entire first floor of my home. The crew for all 3 projects did an excellent job and I never had to worry about someone halfway completing the job or running off with my funds. With each project, I did price comparisons for labor and products and overall, Ideal Flooring beat out the competition every time. Overall, I have no regrets and they have definitely helped me to add value to my home! I hope this honest review helps someone know that they have selected the right company to work with!

iDeal Floors laid our floors but after a couple of years we noticed there was an issue with the LVP due to the foundation and residual moisture. We notified them and they came by and resolved the issue and relaid the LVP. We had to pay for some labor, but everything else was free of charge. Great experience, even years late!
