This was a pretty good process overall. Since I bought my own materials, there was a surprise because of an item I wasn't initially told about. Otherwise, this was a good experience. So many flooring companies seem crooked, but Ideal was very good and very helpful through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed a box of bathroom tiles that were exactly the same as my current ones. They went above and beyond and called the manufacturer to order a box for me.

I have to share my story... Our dishwasher ended up leaking over night and created a disaster in our kitchen when we woke up. Our floors started to bubble up and warp. Unfortunately our floors were discontinued and we had to scourer the internet to see if any floors still existed. Well, that's where iDeal Floors came in! Their team was absolutely fabulous to work with, we located the same floors we needed to replace the area in our kitchen and they shipped them to us in Phoenix, AZ. They had fair pricing and their staff was phenomenal to work with. I have to give a special shout out to "Alexa" on the team there - she stayed with me every step of the way and ensured our product got to us and was exactly what we hoped it would be. She was professional, great communicator and executed at every turn for success. In my personal opinion she deserves a raise and a job promotion as finding good people and truly good humans is not easy to do. Great job Alexa and keep crushing it and most of all - - THANK YOU!!!
